This policy covers SignalWealth CRM, the practice-management platform used by advisory firms to manage contacts, scheduling, and pipeline. It is separate from SignalWealth's content-creation products, which are covered by their own policy.
Your firm owns the contact and client data it enters into the CRM. We do not use it for our own purposes, and we do not sell it. Each firm's data is technically isolated from every other firm using the platform — one firm's advisors and staff cannot see another firm's contacts, calendar, or records.
We use information to operate the platform, provide the features you use (contact management, scheduling, notifications, automations), maintain security, and support your firm's use of the product. We do not use your firm's client data to train models, for advertising, or for any purpose outside operating the service you've signed up for.
If you connect Google Calendar, we access only what's needed to sync your calendar events two-way, using OAuth tokens you can revoke at any time from your account settings or directly with Google. If you connect Zoom, we access only what's needed to create a meeting on your own Zoom account when a client books through your public scheduling link. We do not access your email, files, or any other Google or Zoom data beyond these specific purposes.
SignalWealth CRM does not use any AI/ML model, and does not integrate with any third-party AI/ML service, to process, analyze, or train on Google user data obtained through this integration. The platform's own analytical features (such as pipeline scoring) operate exclusively on data your firm enters directly into the CRM, and never on Google Calendar data. Our use of any data received through Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your data or your firm's client data. We share information only in limited cases:
Payment information is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
We use encryption in transit, access controls scoped to your own firm's data, two-factor authentication (required for firm administrators), and nightly encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, ongoing steps to protect your data.
Operating the platform requires that a small number of SignalWealth personnel hold administrative access capable of reaching firm data. It is used to run, support, troubleshoot, and repair the service — for example, to diagnose a sync failure or correct a record that did not save. It is not used to read, analyse, market to, or otherwise work your client data, and it is never sold or shared. Actions taken in your instance are recorded in an audit log that identifies who performed them and when.
We retain your firm's data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate or export it. You can request deletion of your firm's account and all associated data at any time by contacting your account representative.
The platform uses only the minimal session storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to firm administrators.
